Due Process Violations with University Sexual Harassment Investigations

The U.S. Department of Education recently released a letter and guidance on sexual harassment investigations. The Department of education has acknowledged serious flaws in the current policies and procedures implemented by schools at the direction and guidance of the Education Department and has now withdrawn that guidance. This is a huge win for individuals who had to go through the sexual harassment investigation scene and ultimately get their due process and constitutional rights trampled on in the meantime. There are many Utah Universities that are now under investigation as a result of these investigations. This Department admitting fault in this matter. The letter is attached below. If
